There will be
some prescriptions that cannot be filled over the Internet through the use of
this form. The most obvious of those are any of the Narcotic
prescriptions. There are a few more that cannot be filled over the Internet, but
if you have asked us to fill one of those this way and we cannot, we will
contact you.
You will however, be
able to re-order most of your medications, prescriptions, and the like by this
Internet method.
We also will have a packaging-repackaging
center, and you will also be able to order gifts, cosmetics, etc as well.
The only thing that we are requiring you to do first for refilling prescriptions
on the Internet is:

Have your Physician call, FAX or
email your first prescription for a new medication to us.

Have filled out the "Patient Information" sheet. (You
must fill this sheet out; if you have not, click here.)

Have an active account with your current telephone number on
file in the Pharmacy for any ordering or refilling that is done.

On the forms,
there will be some blanks that MUST be filled in. If these are not filled
in, then the prescription cannot be filled. These required blanks will be marked by
red asterisks.
